Absolutely! If you don't like the ones you've ordered, just contact us here and let us know. Once we've received the socks back, we'll send out the new pair to you at no extra cost (UK only).

Oh no! While we do have an extensive quality control check, sometimes the odd one does slip through (or removing the tag roughly could pull a thread loose), you can contact us here for a replacement pair at no extra cost to you.

Absolutely! This is usually done by special request and also has a minimum quantity. Contact us here if you'd like more information.

You definitely can - with our Create Your Own Gift, you can add up to 7 pairs of socks into a gift box.

Our thinnest, most breathable socks are either the Egyptian cotton or Recycled cotton socks. We offer Egyptian and Recycled cotton for men, and Egyptian and Recycled cotton for women.

Our thickest, most comfortable socks are either the Supima cotton or Organic cotton socks. We offer Supima & Organic cotton for men, and Supima & Organic cotton for women.

All of our socks are ethically made in West Sussex, UK.

Our socks are made from the highest quality cotton yarns, ethically and sustainably grown. These include Supima cotton, Egyptian cotton, GOTS certified Organic cotton and GRS certified Recycled cotton.

All of our orders are packed with care by hand in black (or white) tissue paper, sealed with the PH stamp of approval. They're all shipped in recycled, recyclable or biodegradable packaging.

Sockscription is a subscription service that you can sign up to and, depending on what you choose, you'll receive at least one pair of socks every month.

Absolutely! There are multiple options to choose from. You can receive up to three pairs a month, every month or up to six pairs a month if you've selected the His & Hers option.

Yes you can, you can either purchase the Sockscription for someone else as a gift, or for yourself.

You can either list the pairs of socks you'd like in the Sockscription, or just select the style you prefer and let us do the rest!

At the moment we offer the following Sockscriptions:

• A Monthly Sockscription (paid monthly).
• A Quarterly Sockscription (paid every 3 months).
• A Six-Month Sockscription (A one off payment - Socks sent monthly for half a year).
• A 12-Month Sockscription (A one off payment - Socks sent monthly for a year).

You can join the sock club by either creating a Peper Harow account, or by clicking the icon in the bottom right of your screen, or by clicking here.

You can find how many points you have by logging into your Sock Club account or your Peper Harow account.

The VIP program is the newest addition to the Sock Club, a further way to reward you!

Starting from the 1st of January 2024, every time you earn points, they're added up and once you reach the required amount you'll reach a new Tier!

Absolutely not! Once you reach a new Tier, you'll remain in that tier for a year (unless you earn enough points to move to the next tier).

The Tiers are based on how many points you've earned since January 2024. They don't take into account any points earned prior to this date.

As the entry rewards to each tier can't be retroactively applied, it was done this way to give everyone a chance to reach new tiers and thus, get the rewards!
